7-YEAR RIGHT OF USE AGREEMENT (STRUCTURE)

  • Beneficiary (User)

1. Object of the Agreement

Grant of an exclusive right to occupy and use the property for residential purposes for 7 years.

2. Duration

Fixed term: 7 years
No automatic renewal unless explicitly agreed.

3. Permitted Use

  • Primary residence

  • Secondary residence

  • Rental use (if allowed — optional clause)

4. Restrictions

  • No structural modifications without consent

  • No illegal or commercial misuse

  • Maintenance obligations defined

5. Costs

  • Utilities and day-to-day expenses: User

  • Structural ownership costs: Owner (unless otherwise agreed)

6. Transferability (Optional)

The right of use may or may not be transferable, depending on edition rules.

7. End of Term Options

At the end of the 7 years, the User may:

  1. Vacate the property

  2. Request an extension

  3. Purchase the property at a pre-defined preferential price (if offered)

8. No Ownership Rights

The User acknowledges that no ownership rights are acquired through this agreement.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Defined per property location or holding entity.
