TERMS & CONDITIONS – INTERNATIONAL

1. Nature of the Program

This program is an international competition based on qualitative evaluation.
It is not a lottery, raffle, or gambling activity.

2. Participation Fee

The participation fee grants access to the evaluation process only.
It does not constitute a ticket, wager, or stake.

3. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 18

• Open internationally unless restricted by local law

• One entry per person per edition

4. Evaluation Process

Submissions are analyzed using:

• AI-based semantic analysis

• Pre-defined qualitative criteria

• Documented scoring methodology

AI provides recommendations. Final validation is performed by the organizer.

5. Award

The awarded benefit is a temporary, exclusive right of use for 7 years.
No ownership transfer occurs at the time of award.

6. Ownership

The property remains owned by the organizing entity or its designated SPV.

7. No Element of Chance

Selection is based solely on qualitative evaluation.
No random draw is used at any stage.

8. Taxes & Compliance

Any taxes, visas, or local compliance obligations are the responsibility of the awarded participant.

9. Liability

The organizer’s liability is strictly limited to the execution of the right of use contract.

10. Governing Law

Governing law and jurisdiction are defined per edition and disclosed prior to participation.
